I absolutely love how gentle these are on the skin. They are so so soft and I have saved so much money on not having to buy any more cotton pads! They work so well with just water too! And what I love about them the most is you pop them in the little bag and put them in the washing machine! So fab

Is dermaplaning safe to do at home?
Yes. The Hollywood Browzer has built-in safety guards, so it’s designed for beginners. Use it on clean, dry skin with short, light strokes at a 45° angle, and skip any spots, broken skin or the eye area.
Does dermaplaning make hair grow back thicker or darker?
No. Dermaplaning only works on the surface of your skin, so it can’t change how your hair grows. Regrowth can feel slightly bristly for a few days because the tip is cut bluntly, then it’s back to normal.
How often should I dermaplane?
Every 2 to 4 weeks suits most people. That gives your skin time to recover and roughly matches how quickly peach fuzz grows back. If your skin is sensitive, start at every 4 weeks.
Can I wear make-up after dermaplaning?
Yes, and it goes on smoother than ever. If your skin feels sensitive or looks a little pink, give it a few hours first, and stick to gentle products for the first 24 hours.
When can I use retinol after dermaplaning?
Wait 24 to 48 hours. Freshly exfoliated skin is more sensitive, so keep to gentle, hydrating products first, then bring retinol back slowly.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Most people with sensitive skin dermaplane happily. Patch test a small area first and use light pressure. If you have a skin condition such as active acne, rosacea or eczema, check with your GP or a dermatologist first.
Does dermaplaning hurt?
No. It should feel like a light, gentle brushing across your skin. If it stings or drags, your skin may not be completely dry, or the blade may need replacing.
Is dermaplaning the same as shaving your face?
Not quite. Both remove hair at the surface, but dermaplaning uses a fine blade held at an angle to remove peach fuzz and dead skin cells together, so it exfoliates as well.
Can I stop dermaplaning once I start?
Yes, any time. If you stop, your peach fuzz simply grows back the way it was, usually within a few weeks. There’s no rebound and nothing you’re locked into.
