30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee ("Guarantee") is offered by Hollywood Browzer Beauty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") to customers who purchase eligible Hollywood Browzer Beauty products directly from our official website.

1.2 This Guarantee applies only to products purchased on or after 10/03/25.

1.3 The Guarantee is available to individual consumers purchasing for personal use only and is not available for bulk or commercial purchases.

2. GUARANTEE PERIOD

2.1 The 30-day period begins on the date of delivery of your product, as confirmed by our delivery records or shipping confirmation.

2.2 Requests for refunds must be initiated within the 30-day period. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for the Guarantee.

3. RETURN REQUIREMENTS

3.1 To qualify for a refund under this Guarantee, you must: 

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within the 30-day period to initiate your return 
  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  3. Return the product in its original packaging where possible 
  4. Include all accessories, inserts, and free gifts that came with the product

3.2 Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale (except for reasonable use required to evaluate the product).

3.3 You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us, unless the product is defective or not as described.

4. REFUND PROCESS

4.1 Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

4.3 The refund will include the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. EXCLUSIONS

5.1 The following are not eligible for refund under this Guarantee: 

  1. Products that show signs of excessive use, damage, or alteration 
  2. Products returned without proof of purchase 
  3. Products purchased from unauthorised retailers 
  4. Gift cards 
  5. Digital products or services 
  6. Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" 
  7. Bundle components if the bundle is broken or incomplete

5.2 This Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. LIMITATION OF GUARANTEE

6.1 We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds where we suspect abuse of the Guarantee, including but not limited to excessive or repeated claims.

6.2 We may modify or discontinue this Guarantee at any time without notice, though any changes will not affect purchases made prior to such changes.
