Returns & eligibility
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. They must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with your receipt or invoice from the original order.
If an item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please keep photographic evidence from the time of delivery.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. Email info@hollywoodbrowzer.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation" and we'll take care of the rest.

Refunds, coupons & free gifts
Refunds reflect the price you actually paid, including any coupon discount applied at checkout. Coupons can't be applied retroactively after purchase.
If your order included a free or BOGO item, the entire order must be returned to receive a refund — returning only the free item won't qualify.
