These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by you, the customer, from us, Pembrook Products Ltd. By purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms of sale. Pembrook Products Ltd have the right to revise these Terms and Conditions including prices. We also have the right to decline service to any individual customer. 2. PRICES

Prices on our website are in £ for deliveries within the UK.

 

3. POSTAGE

Deliveries within the UK include standard Royal Mail second class delivery postage.

 

4. ORDERING

You may order 24 hours a day on our website (office opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday). By sending the order it becomes legally binding. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your order are correct and that you have the necessary credit limits and / or authority to use the payment card you present to us.

 

5. CREDIT CARDS

We accept MasterCard and Visa cards. You agree that Pembrook Products Ltd charge your account with the amount of your order.

We will not pass over any information to third parties. Pembrook Products Ltd commits itself to preserve the legal determination of data safety, especially also the security of telecommunications. Personified data could be used for special advertising activities. The customer is able to reject this anytime by mail, fax or e-mail to Pembrook Products Ltd.

 

7. DELIVERY

We aim to despatch our products to you not later than 2 working days after receiving your order. Please provide your daytime phone number is case of any need to contact you.

 

8. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days after the goods have been delivered to you. You must return the goods in the same condition as they arrived at your cost for a full refund of the product cost.

 

9. RETURNS

The products have left our warehouse in perfect condition. If nevertheless the goods should be faulty or damaged, we apologise and kindly ask you to contact us via email (info@hollywoodbrowzer.com) or phone and we will give you further instructions as to how to get a replacement.
